Products Development

In 2022, we launched the new design of our Cerear cereal series, highlighting fresh and locally produced, upgraded quality, and the flakes are crunchier. We conducted sample tastings at the 2022 Taipei International Food Expo, the valuable feedback that we received from the consumers was used to fine-tune the products during production.

Cerear cereal series are not only suitable for breakfast but also as snacks, afternoon tea, or late-night snacks. They can be enjoyed anytime, anywhere, providing nutrition for both children and adults. With the rise of consumer health awareness, "no additives" and "minimal additives" diets have become a trend. Through process improvements, the new Cerear cereal series have reduced the use of additives and are gradually moving towards producing cleaner products. We focus to use simple ingredients to create highest quality products.

Campus Snack and Healthy Diet

We continue to develop a variety of Cerear campus snacks. Not only do we optimize recipes but also use non-genetically modified corn flour, high-quality
Taiwanese rice, and wheat fiber to increase nutrition. We use professional extrusion processing technology to make snacks that are fluffier and crispy, and meet the requirements for healthy and nutritious campus snacks.

Convenient Cooking Oil

To break away from the traditional cooking style, we developed flavored oil using sesame oil as the base and infused with scallion, garlic, and Sichuan peppercorn. These flavored oils are packaged in small-sized bottles for easy and convenient use in various types of cooking. This innovation of flavored oil not only saves prepping time but also eliminates the tedious process of stir fry yet still adds flavor and aroma to the dishes.

Halal Products

In 2023, we continue to maintain 31 certified Halal products, including four grain cereals and 27 vegetable oils. Due to changes in the raw material supply chain, our new supplier has not yet obtained Halal certification, resulting in fewer certified products compared to 2022. Once our new supplier's certification is secured, we will increase our Halal-certified product offerings. Additionally, we are gradually beginning to label our products with the Halal certification mark to assist consumers in choosing certified Halal foods.
