We continue to collaborate with various universities and colleges such as Tunghai University and Providence University to offer summer and semester internships for students.
We actively participate in campus recruitment events, organize visits for faculty and students, and partner with academia in signing strategic alliance agreement. We have worked with Taipei Tech, National Chung Hsing University, and Chinese Culture University for technical and resourceful cooperation in smart business operations, talent cultivation, and digital transformation.

    Career Development
    • We offer both live-streamed and physical classroom learning, online learning platforms, and management training.
    • Participated in the Education and Skill Training Subsidy Programs for the Middle-Aged Workers organized by the Labor Department of Taichung City. In 2022, 24 of our middle aged employees took various training courses in this subsidy program to improve technical and managerial skills.
    • In 2022, total internal training provided 4,204 employee hours; total off-site training provided 5,689 employee hours; total training expense of NT$1,927,405.
