To fulfill our corporate social responsibility and turn our thoughts into actions, we continuously contribute to social welfare every year such as donating funds, providing material goods, assisting disadvantaged groups, and organizing emergency relief efforts.     For 17 consecutive years, we took part in Huichung Temple's winter charity event. Through this winter charity, we offer financial and material assistance to families that are in need. We donated a batch of sunflower oil, bringing hopes for families in difficulties. Employees and their families voluntarily joined the voluntary distribution efforts, delivering care to every corner. We demonstrate that ESG is not just a slogan, but a responsibility and commitment. We firmly believe that only by fostering mutual prosperity between business and society, can we build our society with reciprocity.

    Families Run Together, Stay Healthy Together
    We embrace the spirit of healthy life and joyful family moments by participating in the Family Run Fair with sweat and joy.
    It is combined with run competition, themed markets, food stalls, and game with interaction, attracted many people and families to participate in, created unforgettable memories.
    We have sponsored a variety of high quality sesame oil and cereal products, and promote the core of “Healthy Eating, Active Living”. We encourage families to come together and take positive steps toward better health.
     
    Love Without Borders, Living Together in Harmony
    We hold the Pet Day activity and collaborated with Taiyan on April 28, 2024, free admission for pet owners and their pets. During April 19 to May 17, 2024 of Pet Month, people had 50% off discount of price admission and received a free trial pack of pet food product.
    The highlights included parrot show, fun games and palm print art, etc. We have not only prepared plenty of free gifts and sample packs, but for DIY painting activities and purchasing discounts, wish a joyful day with owners and pets.
    During the Dragon Boat Festival and MidAutumn Festival, we also sponsor cash and material supplies to the "Huashan Foundation" to care for the elderly people living alone; organize Father's Day community events in the Yongkang commercial district; support the Color Walk event organized by the Hongdao Elderly Foundation to promote active walking activities; and participate in the Family Run fun event. These activities aim to promote exercise among the elderly and strengthen family bonds. Additionally, we sponsored pet food products for the "Woof Woof Cute Pets Day" event, where the CPBL Wei Chuan Dragons allowed pets to enter the Tianmu Baseball Stadium. We hope that the pet owners and their furry companions enjoy some memorable time together.
Advocate "Circular Agri-food" Business Concept

    We are the first company to propose the concept of "Circular Agri-food" model. Over the years, we have been advocating local sustainability, aiming to increase Taiwan's food self-sufficiency rate and pushing for the importance of land conservation. We also took part in the E.Sun FHC's "ESG Sustainable Advocacy Activity Event", and we also promoted our concept through numerous media interviews and podcast programs to educate the general public about the value of circular economy.
Perseverance in Value Continuity

    In 2021, we published a children's picture book titled "Food Transformations: A Magical Journey through the Countryside". This book aims to instill the concepts of "food" and "agriculture" in children at an early age, guidling them to reflect on the relationship between human beings and the nature and the actions taken to be of eco-friendly to the environment.
     In 2022, the picture book received recognition from the Council of Agriculture as the "First Annual Outstanding Local Grown Grain Crops Picture Book", acknowledging our contribution to promote agri-food education. Additionally, we speak at the seminars organized by Cheng Chen Foundation sharing the ideas and topics in circular agri-food economy, pet food safety and animal welfare with their members.
