New Employee Orientation
Conduct training for the new hires and provide guidance on job responsibilities to allow for a smooth adjustment to the workplace and the job. -

Implement performance evaluation in individual promotions, job rotations, and year-end bonus distributions
In 2022, 51 employees were promoted based on outstanding performance, 48 employees were rotated in job positions, and average salary increased by 3.28%. A total of 9,893 personnel hours were allocated for education and training, with training expense of NT$1,927,405. -
Labor Rights and Benefits
Educate employees to identify and prevent workplace bullying. In 2022, we conducted a "Coping with and Preventing Workplace Violence" course with 204 employees enrolled in the course. Those unable to attend the course in person were able to watch the video via e-learning digital website. -
Work - Life Balance
We offer flexible work schedules to allow employees to pick up and drop off children or take care of family members. In 2022, two employees applied and worked flexible schedule, and two employees worked remotely.

- Employee welfare income was NT$8,602,543 and the total employee welfare expense was NT$7,415,961, an expense ratio of 86.21%. The average benefit received per employee from the Employee Benefits Committee was NT$12,485.
- 2 employees had health issues; thus, the Employee Benefits Committee provided a total of NT$200,000 in illness relief funds to these respective employees.
- We also offer an employee stock ownership trust with the intention that the employees can share the company profits, and we match 20% of the employee's contribution each month, 39% of the employees participated in 2022.
- Profit sharing bonus payout totaled NT$8,450,012; 300 employee dependent scholarships NT$467,500; due to Covid-19, the cancelled annual employee trip, and the year-end party were issued NT$5,008,900 in cash.
