Supply chain resilience has become a crucial factor for sustainable production. Thus, establish a robust framework that expands the sources of raw materials, enhances logistics distribution and fosters trust and collaboration among supply chain partners to improve and achieve manufacturing stability.
We are committed to strengthen our supply chain resilience through diversity, predictability, adaptability and sustainability. This includes fostering trust and promoting continuous development among supply chain partners.
We require our suppliers to meet the regulations prescribed in our "Integrity Transaction Agreement". The suppliers shall not give improper benefits including bribes, kickbacks, commissions, or other means to the personnel from both sides of the companies or the entrusted manufacturers. Also, our suppliers need to sign "Supplier Social Responsibility Code of Conducts" to comply with human rights, labor conditions, occupational health and safety, anti-corruptions, fair competition, and environmental protection to ensure that suppliers fulfill their corporate social responsibilities.
One of our supplier evaluation elements is whether the suppliers are certified or accredited with the international management systems that improve their management capabilities and provides safe and quality raw material.
